Would these Plugins split the two-shipping methods keeping them independent of each other as I think that is what I am after?

Currently the two-shipping methods tend to inherit conditions from each other.

@laceyrod I am still a bit puzzled, could you please have a look to see what I am doing wrong, I would very much apricate it. I’m sure it is nearly there.

The reason I asked for support was for help inserting the product category description as I do not have the skills to do that, and support engineers do.

I have tried to go through the proper contact method, but I am not receiving any support from the ticket raised as I have mentioned in my post above.

I just require help, to solve this issue. If the support engineers can do that then great.

I have raised a support ticket with ThemeIsle who have created the Neve Web Agency theme just before mid-day on Wednesday, they still have not got back to me. I had to create yet another support ticket on Thursday, and they still have not got back to me.

To unlock features for Neve Pro and gain Support has cost ￡99, with very little to show for it. I have no idea have to get around this issue, without the help/Support.

I have also got the shipping zones in the following order:
Free Postcode Area
Bibielle Delivery

The only problem I have now is on the Free van delivery. When I order an item/product outside the Free postcode I am charged ￡10 postage, I should be charged ￡50. The other thing it gives me Free delivery over ￡100, this still needs to be ￡50.

I have attached the shipping classes to different items/products.

Free Postcode Area works as it should when I have a shipping postcode within LE10 area.

Bibielle Delivery works as it should on those items.

These are the settings I have:

Shipping classes:
Bibielle Delivery
Free Van Delivery

Shipping Zone – Bibielle Delivery
Zone regions: United Kingdom
Shipping method: Free Shipping – Free Shipping (Free shipping requires: A minimum order amount, Minimum order amount: 10.00)
Shipping method: Flat rate – Flat rate (Cost: 10.00)

Shipping Zone – Free Postcode Area
Zone regions: United Kingdom, LE10* LE9*
Shipping method: Free Delivery – Flat rate (Cost 0.00)
Shipping method: Flat rate – Flat rate (Cost 50.00)

Did you have a look at the page I would like to add the Description to? if so, would you expect to see the Supplier Name and Description on that page?

The fix has solved the issues I have been experiencing with the desktop menu, but the menu (mobile menu) has now stopped working for a mobile.

Any further ideas we can try?

I have looked in ‘customise > menu’ and I only have a Main Navigation set as Primary Menu. I do not have a Secondary Menu active as far as I can see.

This does seem to happen on all my pages and posts, which is really strange!

Many thanks for replying, unfourtuantly I cannot screen save the problem.

On https://2refinish.com if you mouse over ‘Restoration’ then move the mouse down, the menu closes before ‘Previous Restorations’ can be selected.

I have tried using another theme and do not experience this issue, which makes me wonder if there is a limited to the amount of sub-menu items on the Neve Web Agency Theme.

Just to give further information:

The theme I am having difficulty is with the free version of the Neve Web Agency Theme.

This problem also happens on our homepage at https://2refinish.com/, you will see the hidden links when you scroll the mouse down the center of the hero image.

How can I remove these hidden links?
