is the order status change dependent on the filter? Example: if I take all orders that have the status processing and filter them for products that start with a certain prefix, will all orders be set to the new status at the end or only those for which the filter has successfully found products?

This makes the export faster (already good! thank you!), but still Frontend slow until the email is send.

I removed the code and it still the same issue. Frontend slow until the email with the xls is send.

No, not the same problem with CSV.
No, we have our own server.

I made a few specific adjustments and inserted calculations into the excel spreadsheet via add_action( 'woe_xls_print_footer', function ($objXls,$formatter)…
That is why i prefer XLS instead of CSV.

Plus i send it via email!
