The pages do flash a bit on loading, but I can live with that.Thank you so much.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Map doesn't show on IEUpdate: I have identified that the problem is caused by the plugin Content Views. When disabling this both the Arconix and Google Maps problem goes away, so there is obviously some kind of clash. I’m no developer so I haven’t a clue how to resolve it.
This problem only occurs in IE.I’ve got support calls logged with Content Views and Arconix but I thought I’d ask for help from all 3 plugins. If you could offer any advice on how to fix this I’d really appreciate it.

In reply to: [Arconix FAQ] FAQ displaying open and not accordion styleHi
Thanks for the pointers. By doing what you have said I have identified that the problem is caused by the plugin Content Views. When disabling this both the Arconix and Google Maps problem goes away, so there is obviously some kind of clash. I’m no developer so I haven’t a clue how to resolve it.
The Content Views plugin is pretty important to me as it powers the home page, and I love Arconix as well so I don’t want to get rid of them, especially as they work a dream on other browsers. This problem only appears in IE.I’ve logged a support issue with Content Views, but I thought I’d ask for help from all 3 plugins. If you could offer any advice on how to fix this I’d really appreciate it.
KathFixed it. For anyone with a similar problem it’s a problem with WordPress and Internet explorer. See https://2slick.com/web/wordpress-problem-with-ie9internet-explorer-9/affordablewebsitestips/tutorials
In my case I already had an emulate line in but it was emulating IE7. I just changed it to 8 and it all worked.
Hi
Thank you so much that has fixed it for me.
Thanks for the quick response.
The plugin is great – looked at a few and this one did just what I wanted.Kath
