Unfortunately, I am having the same issue. Please go to https://www.wildcatworld.com/2023/06/26/kentucky-basketball-adda-tre-mitchell-to-2023-24-roster/ to see this behavior in action. I disabled auto-links and upper-case names were displayed as they should. Enabled auto-links and, voila, still seeing lower case letters where I should be seeing upper case letters. I am at version 3.8.0.

Adding substitute time is not an option for me. My only options are “Starting Lineup” and “Bench.”

As a temporary work around, I’m setting the status of all players to “Starting Limeup” and hiding the “Games Started” stat.
