I just fixed this error by creating the directories listed in the error
I was just upgrading the plugin so I don’t have your exact situation, but this worked and everything is working for streaming flash vids.
You have to create all the directories just as the error says.
jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress
then inside that folder create
configs
player
Beyond this, changing permissions on the wp-content folder and the upload folder to 777 temporarily and then back to 755 might do the trick if just creating the directories doesn’t work.
