FIXED IT! I had to FTP into directory /wp-content/uploads/portrait/cache/ and delete file “cache_portraits_accueil.html”

I’ve been experiencing the same issues for over a year. I’m way more confident in my provider [Hostgator] than I am Printful. They seem to know nothing about the plugin and can only read from a CYA playbook of canned repsonses. I’m a programmer by profession and it gets frustrating when you know they are trying to BS you with canned responses.

They don’t seem to have much of a relationship with whomever devleoped the plug-in. My store broke and won’t let me add new products or variants to existing products after the May 27 update. I was on vacation and came back to this mess.

I’m about to create a subdomain [subdomain.maindomain.com] and see if I can create a whole new store with the current versions of WordPress, Woo and Prinful.

Did you ever resolve this? It sounds similar to how I can’t add new products since the 5-27 update.
