BECOMING URGENT – Do not have another method for card payments.

5 Fatal errors today!!!!!!

The problem has been resolved, website products sync with 3rd party stock control software, when being pushed to Woocommerce, TAX setting per product were incorrectly set.

I have checked when the VAT became absent, our order #10828 9th November shows total as ￡17.70 (includes ￡2.33 VAT), next order #10829 shows total without VAT message.

No matter what settings are used in Woocommerce, the result is always no VAT
Prices entered with tax

Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax

Display prices in the shop Including tax
Display prices during basket and checkout Including tax

However, if Display prices during basket and checkout is set to Excluding tax, the basket then shows VAT ￡0 as follows;

Cart Totals
Cart Subtotal ￡2,199
Shipping TNT or UPS: ￡35
Collect from our Dibden Purlieu store – SO45 4PT
Shipping to Southampton, Hampshire, SO45 1DP.

VAT ￡0

Order Total ￡2,234
Proceed to checkout

Have the same problem since updating to Woocommerce 4.4.1 (live site https://4boards.co.uk/) and Woocommerce 4.5.0 (Staging site https://staging-laqaxewe.kinsta.cloud/)

The error appears in the Kinsta site Error Log accessible through the host Dashboard.

I have cleared all browsing data in Microsoft Edge and checked this page again; https://specsail.staging.wpengine.com/shop/sale/windsurf-sale/sail-sale/

21 items are displayed, 6 of these are single product items that display the regular price struck out, the remaining 15 are variable products which do not display the struck out price until the product is opened and a variable selected.

Please check again, if you see anything different from my view, please send a screen shot.

Yes, I have considered that as a workaround but it takes quite a lot of effort.

If that is the only option, then that is what we will do.

OK, so I need to be clearer.

1. Our aim is to have a single inventory covering both physical store and E-commerce website.

2. There is no link between the physical store and website.

3. A POS system is not installed, just traditional cash register.

4. ATUM is installed on our STAGING site only to determine if it will meet our requirements, it is just what we are looking for apart from adding sales made in the physical store.

Here is what happens now;
1. Website customer order – product sold – stock is updated automatically, Woocommerce records sale.
2. Using standard Woocommerce reports (wc-reports/sales by products) we can download and analyse items sold via the website.

3. For products sold in the retail store, the website stock quantity is updated manually by editing the product to adjust stock quantity. In this case, a sale is not recorded in Woocommerce as it is only a stock adjustment.

The ideal situation would be to manually record sales / update stock in ATUM from another the retail store channel either via an add-on or by direct edit of a variable in Stock Central. (similar to function “Current Stock”).

Have experienced a similar problem, new products are displayed at bottom of HOME page but not in the PRODUCT CATEGORY. This has been happening for some while after Woocommerce updates, unfortunately, do not know the last release when it was not an issue.

Have resolved by purging all caches.

Discussed with site hoster (WP Engine) and they have stopped caching for products as a temporary solution, not ideal as our site (4boards.co.uk) is essentially an online shop.
