I was able to figure out non-techie work around for anyone else it might help: In the “Level 1” message box I added a link for the user to click. That gets them to a page with a custom template that emails me a notification using Luciana Bruscino’s “Notfiy On Action” plugin. Lame but it works. Thanks again for the great plugin.
