Likewise. I waited for too long before the google ads finally came up. The photos and videos never did.

Sorry, but I’m to old to appreciate white text on dark. It is a major turnoff for me and many others. I just can’t get past it to make any worthwhile comments beyond that.

First, get rid of the frilly stuff in the left border. It is distracting and adds no value.

“my portfolio of some of my recent work.” A little rewording would help. Avoid repeating words when possible.

“in many different languages and many different web standards and styles.” Two manys is too many, that close together. Using and to connect is okay but two so close making different connections makes for more difficult reading. Try something such as this:
in several languages, using various web standards and styles.

That problem was immediately cleared up by upgrading to WordPress 2.6, once it became available.

I continue to have a minor problem with widgets. The first column of that theme comes with Search, Recent Entries and Blogroll. I am able now to put any widgets I want into the far right column but putting any widget into the first column causes the Search, Recent Entries and Blogroll to disappear.

I think I can live with that little glitch but I wonder how many others might be affected by it.
