    Thanks for the response. For #1 – I know there is this option on the bottom of the page to refresh after certain number of seconds. My problem is – I set it up, and it does not. I will contact you on quick-plugins.com for the fix. Thanks!!

    I am not sure about that. I hard-coded a generic “dreamhost” email for now, which does not even exist as far as I can tell, and it certainly has nothing to do with the domain name I am hosting there. Yet it still works! So I assume it has to be something Dreamhost recognizes, either matching the domain(s), or “dreamhost”, and possibly there are other valid options which can get through that filter.

    Ok, I think I solved the major problem (#2), just hard coded the custom header right into the PHP file. Its an ugly hack, but it seems to work. Would love to know a better and more elegant way, though.

    Still – any help about the page refresh would be really great!
