In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Image open 100%?Excellent! Thank you so very much!! ??
I figured out what was happening today. It wasn’t your plugin. We updated Woocommerce from 2.5x to the latest 3.2.6 now 3.0. apparently, since version 2.6+ shipping is handled differently… Apparently, old PayPal shipping rules were overiding the incoming shipping values from the cart… Hence the cart total + the shipping was causing this error as PayPal was only counting the cart total less the cart shipping! We fixed it in PayPal and it’s working as it should now. Thanks so much for your help!
I am using express (and standard as an option for the customer)…

In reply to: [Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7] Recent update bricked site!Hello,
Yes. It was the only plugin update I made. As soon as I clicked “update” for the plugin, I got the white screen of death… locked out of the backend & also got frontend white screen. I changed the name of the plugin folder via ftp so it wouldn’t load and the site became accessible right away. Problem is now, a contact form I was using the plugin for to hide a hidden group on condition broke so I just removed it from the form temporarily.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Membership] Does not seem to recognize being logged in!Hi there,
I was previously using “Widget Logic” ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/widget-logic/ ) but out of the blue the site was having the “white screen of death” issue… deactivated ALL plugins, and reactivated one at a time and “Widget Logic” was the culprit… possibly an auto update? not sure… so tried a few others, now have “Display Widgets” installed and activated ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/display-widgets/ ) and none seem to work **when logged in as a “member” (via member login)… but all work if logged in via the WordPress login (as a WordPress user) …
Any ideas what could be causing this odd behavior?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Membership] Not logging as "logged in"…Doesn’t seem to be… that’s what I mean… when you log in with the Simple membership login widget/fields, you get access to pages that are protected etc ( I installed the redirect plugin) and the user is directed to the correct page.. but it seems WordPress doesn’t actually recognize you as actually being logged in… using the widget context plugin to show/hide widgets based on user “Subscriber” being logged in or out does not work… (it does if I log in as an admin using the WordPress wp-admin login form…
another clue is, in the body tag, WordPress adds a “logged-in” class when you are logged in, but it does not appear when logged in as a member so I cannot get these menus to show/hide…

In reply to: [Simple Membership] member page still shows after closing browser…what if someone logs in with a shared computer? Not ideal… I understood it drops a cookie and when closing the browser it kills the session like it really should…

In reply to: [Simple Lightbox] [/slb_exclude][slb_exclude] displays on blog sidebarThe theme I am using is a customized child them from “Divi” parent theme… this issue only shows on “posts” only… does not show on any pages whatsoever… so not sure if it can be a plugin conflict as the site for the most part does not have the issue… seems to be only post pages…

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Decision to Buy – or Not@solosails, I think setati meant the “Event Expresso” people promptly replied… not IgniteWoo … a quick look at the “Event Expresso” didn’t see any WooCommerce support? another one that has come up and looks good is https://tri.be/shop/wordpress-wootickets/ … I wish I had bought that first… lesson learned in this case… too bad because on the surface, looks like Ignitewoo has a lot of convenient plugins, but I’ll NEVER buy from them again… burned once… only once…

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Decision to Buy – or NotDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BE WARNED!!! ZERO I mean ABSOLUTELY ZERO support!!! I’ve been trying to get a few questions answered for weeks with numerous emails without a single reply… after spending $99 for a plugin with one year “support” lol… more like one year for a reply… AVOID at all costs!

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Issues with some fields…Thanks but I have sent numerous emails on your site & even left a phone message and have NEVER heard back… spent $99 on this plugin and got ZERO support (your site says it covers one year support) does that actually mean it takes a year to get a response? Too bad… I had a few simple questions that could have easily been answered but you chose to ignore EVERY attempt I made to contact you… now as I look around, I see many others experiencing the same negligence… thanks for nothing…
I’ve had a similar experience with these people… the absolute WORST support I have EVER experienced… we paid $99 for a plugin with 1 year “support” lol… well no reply after numerous emails, even a phone message I left on their answering machine was not returned… WordPress should ban this company from this site…
