thank you for your feedback! At the moment setting the placeholder in an advanced field will cause every input to have that placeholder-text.
In the current version of Gravity Forms the advanced fields are not quite that customizable – for example you can just modify the first label of an advanced field (correct me if I’m wrong). Due this “lack of customization” adding a placeholder for each input is not intended by Gravity Forms developer hooks – but I think it’s possible. I have to try some things, maybe it’ll work.
I’ll keep you up-to-date!
For now you have to add every input individual.
