Hi @@stevejburge,
Thank you for getting back to me and it’s good to know that you are already aware of the issues.
The opt-in option sounds promising. Hopefully, you and your team can make it happen without upsetting the legacy users soon. Thanks
ShahadatThanks, I was just making sure I wasn’t missing anything.
Greetings,
Thank you for reaching out.
We could not reproduce such an issue locally. And, yes, you should be redirected to a confirmation page after successfully submitting a listing. Please contact us through our official support channel. One of our support representatives will help you debug the issue further.

Hello @earl_d,
I hope you are doing well.
Please check after modifying the CSV file in the following manner: https://prnt.sc/1tbubqi Place the column data for each column within a quotation mark. If that does not resolve the issue then please reach out to our support channel here: https://directorist.com/contact/ One of our support representatives will help you debug the issue after checking the CSV file.

1. The default directory cannot be deleted. You can create a new directory type. Then make it your default directory. After that, you will find the delete option: https://prnt.sc/1tbsm1a However, deleting the directory type will not delete listings from your database.
2. If you want to start from scratch, the following option might help: https://prnt.sc/1tbsup3 This feature removes data from the database. You will need to reinstall Directorist in that case.
3. On our end, we could not reproduce the listing import issue you have mentioned. You can reach out to our support channel with the CSV file. In that case, one of our support representatives will check the CSV file for you. Here is the support channel link: https://directorist.com/contact/

Hello @rrvoigt,
Which page are you referring to? The footer on the single listing pages of your site seems dark now: https://prnt.sc/1tbq8fg However, you can remove the following class from the CSS: .single-at_biz_dir In that case, the CSS should work on all pages.
Kind regards,
Hello @rrvoigt,
Please use the following line of codes in WP Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS:
.single-at_biz_dir .footer-top { background: #20242f; color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3); } .single-at_biz_dir .footer-bottom { background: #20242f; color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3); } .single-at_biz_dir .widget_nav_menu .widget-title, .single-at_biz_dir .widget_text .widget-title { color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8); } .single-at_biz_dir .widget_nav_menu ul li.menu-item a { color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3); }

If you have applied any custom code within the theme files, please check after disabling the codes. If you haven’t applied any code, reach out to our support channel here: https://directorist.com/contact One of our support representatives will get back to you.

1. I can’t get the filters to work. When every I click on the filter button it just takes me to the top of the page.
– It seems like a conflict related issue. Please run a conflict test using the following doc: https://directorist.com/documentation/directorist/articles/how-to-perform-a-plugin-conflict-test/ I was unable to reproduce the issue locally using the TwentyTwentyOne theme.
You can also check after flushing your permalink. Make sure that the permalink setting is set to anything but “Plain”.2. I’ve got multiple directories, is it possible to link tags to directories or categories?
– This feature is not available at the moment. I will forward it to our dev team. They might consider it in the future if we get similar requests.Kind regards
Hello @tricky7001,
Thank you for replying.
You will be able to use WCFM and Directorist on the same website without facing any compatibility issues. And, the users with the user role “Vendor” will be able to create and modify their listing from the Directorist user dashboard. No other features of these two plugins are integrated at the moment.
Kind regards,
