And how do we fix it if it is messed up? Of course these sites are mission critical. We are using WooCommerce to SELL stuff. If they break we lose money. I’m using a WooTheme and Woo approved plugins- all up to date.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pending orders not emailing confirmation yet taking paymentMost of the time customers complete the payment of their order. Sometimes they do not. When we receive the order confirmation via email, we cannot tell one from the other. There does not appear to be any indication that payment has been completed.
WE have even shipped out orders for which payment was not received by mistake.
If there is no way to fix this, then this is a flaw in WooCommerce.Forum: Reviews

If updates cause problems that take out my cart, I’d rather do without. There is a big rash of similar problems from January 2012 after an update, so this wouldn’t be the first time.

I got a boilerplate response from Patrick that suggested I try the same stuff that was included in the KB- which I had already tried. I wrote back to ask for more information and have heard nothing. I have hired an outside tech company to help and they feel that the javascript was poorly written. I am not a programmer so I obviously don’t know nuthin, but it was working before and now its not.
