Thanks for your support!I think it’s the Complianz integration. However, the traffic figures are very different from the data from Analytics.
It is interesting, that the problems have only been happend since the Complianz Complianz integration was updated on 28.10.2024.
What can I do now, @hesseldejong or @rogierlankhorst ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have deactivated Complianz, but the statistics still show no visitors.
Btw: The real-time report in Google-Analytics is showing 6 visitors in the last 30 minutes.

Even now there are still no visitors displayed.
I have not changed anything in the settings. I use Burst on my own websites and on customer sites. Since yesterday I only have problems with the one mentioned in the thread.
I am sorry, but there is no better result!
I will check it and see if the statistics are shown again.
I originally created this thread to make the plugin manufacturer aware that the users of the plugin should be better informed and not presented with a fait accompli.
For me it is no problem to work in the database, but I assume that many users have no experience with databases and do not make the necessary adjustments out of fear.

MailPoet obviously doesn’t want to offer a solution, so I solved the problem myself in the database. It doesn’t need so much time, but requires a certain understanding of the technology.

I also have this problem on several websites. The problem has existed after the last update of the plugin.
I get the error message (in German):
Aufgrund Ihrer Server- oder Website-Konfiguration ist es nicht m?glich, Statistiken zu ermitteln.
However, I have not changed anything in the server or website configuration!
Thank you for your comment. Although I haven’t changed anything – neither on the website nor in the burst settings – I get the referrers listed again today.
I will continue to monitor the results and come back to the problem if necessary.
No, I only excluded my own IP address.
