In reply to: [RJ Quickcharts] jQuery error?Hi Randy,
I’ll consider changing from 4 to 5 star rating. ??
Can you please investigate a small bug I think i have found…If you have two different charts on the same page, an they use different units, al charts have the last charts units.
So it seems that unit variable is not unique for a chart but defined as a global for a whole page.
look at my page from above, which has two charts but on both charts unit used are from the last charts.
tooltipSuffix = ‘ km’;

In reply to: [RJ Quickcharts] jQuery error?It is bumped from 3 to 4, as a result of resolving the issue, and having plugin working.
In my opinion, inline javascript in HTML5 documents should be avoided, and as plugin is still using inline javascript. I am giving it 4 for that lone reason.For 5 star it has to be perfect in all aspects, hope you agree. ??

In reply to: [RJ Quickcharts] jQuery error?Plugin: CleanerPress was the one conflicting. Or rather, one of its setting was conflicting.
CleanerPress settings for Scripts
Head.js Load scripts non-blocking with head.js (breaks inline scripts) .
should be disabled/unchecked.
I am not sure if this was default or not, but it was checked on mine. Disabling it, makes this plugin work on my setup. ??
Thanks and sorry for hassle.
Should have checked plugins beforehand.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [VéritéCo Timeline] [Plugin: VéritéCo Timeline] Strange date errorPlugin version of CSS and JS are really outdated, so everything except PHP file needs to be replaced.
As I recall, JS, CSS and Lib folders need to be replaced.I think, you will need to edit PHP file to include correct JS files, as author has changed the names of the files a bit, as well.
(I don’t have access to my FTP at the moment, so this is what I could remember)

In reply to: [VéritéCo Timeline] [Plugin: VéritéCo Timeline] Strange date errorSame happened to me… I resolve the issue with replacing JS/CSS files with newer versions from TimelineJS class.
Download from https://timeline.verite.co/This however has resulted in another error for me. Titles/images in slides of timeline are not shown.
@miguel… That was very helpful… Thank you very much.
Now I’ve got a timeline with JSON working on WordPress ??I wouldn’t mark this topic, as “solved” as it’s only the initial posters problem that’s solved. The topic title, urges for all different problems caused by 2.8–Which are obviously many. So it’s not solved, just yet.
My installation is also broken after an upgrade. No content is loaded, just a blank page. (both, blog and admin section)
Tried following,
- automatic upgrade at first, blank page loads
- manual upgrade, blank page loads,
- disabled plugins,
- disabled themes,
- disabled .htaccess,
- cleared browser cache,
- cleared cookies.
I am unfortunately not allowed to see “access” logs from apache server, so don’t really know what message is thrown out. Did try to override error reporting thru .htaccess and PHP itself by using following code in my index.php
error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set("display_errors", 1);
Also tried,
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Nothing worked. What’s funny about all this is, that “beta 2” worked just fine.

In reply to: Installing a Danish Version 2.5 over a UK Version 2.3in config file you need to specify, if not already, what localisation it needs to use…
wp-config.php
// Change this to localize WordPress. A corresponding MO file for the // chosen language must be installed to wp-content/languages. // For example, install de.mo to wp-content/languages and set WPLANG to 'de' // to enable German language support. define ('WPLANG', '');

In reply to: Install/Upgrade from 2.5 to 2.5.1 admin index not accessibleSorry folks, I’ve figured it out!
It wasn’t WP 2.5.1 issue, but rather theme related (was using, Tarski theme).
