Hello,
I updated to the latest version and although I do see the fixes for the calendar translation, there are still many other areas that have not been corrected. The “choose services” label on the calendar is still not translated nor are some labels on the bookings page, the settings page, the dashboard, the services page, the email templates and the configuration assistant. Is there any way that the translation can be corrected on all the pages soon? i cannot move to the pro version until its updated.

When will the next release be made available? I’m waiting on a fix for the backend translation before moving to the pro version. When creating a new language resource file, there are some labels that are not available to be translated and we end up with some pages in two different languages at the same time. I was previously told the fix would be out at the end of march.

I am getting the following error when trying to duplicate a booking. How can this be resolved?

Also, none of the placeholders seem to be working for the booking approval email template.

Currently, the value of the booking details option is Réservé
I have also tried setting it to Réservé #dt
None of those options work.
The multiple bookings in one session option is set to ON.

@webba-agency I’ve tried different values for the booking details. None of them seem to work correctly. If I leave the booking details blank, the booked time slot doesn’t show up on the cancellation page at all. If I set the booking details to the word “réservée” only. The cancellation page says “réservée” without any details of the time slots. If I try to add placeholders (#dt, #date or #start_end) it shows the placeholder text instead of the value.
I’ve translated some labels using poedit and the instructions from this article: https://webba-booking.com/documentation-v4/translation/creating-your-translation/. But there are still several labels that do not translate even though the translations exist in the po file and the mo file has been compiled. For example, the calendar in the backend does not translate at all even though i’ve set all the values for the months and days of the week. Is this a bug?
Does Webba offer any product discounts in exchange for providing translations?

@webba-agency The template is working now thank you. I’m assuming that the modification template only works for changes made from the booking dashboard?
Is there a french canadian translation available for this plugin to translate the backend? I did not see the po file for fr_CA but the translations page says that it is available.
For cancellations is it possible to show the time slots that are being affected? When i click the cancellation link, it takes me to the correct url but the top of the page says “Booked” but does not show the time slot. Its just blank after. In some cases if I am cancelling several slots at the same time, the word “Booked” is repeated for each slot but the date/time is not displayed.
Is there a way to add additional fields to the cancellation page so the user can enter a cancellation reason?
Is there a way to add a custom field that is only visible on the backend dashboard so that i can enter the customer’s arrival time. For example if the booking is set for 8:30am but they arrived at 9am I would like to be able to keep track.
If we use the pro version to synch with google calendar will all the custom fields be visible in the google calendar appointment and will the admin be able to update the booking time directly from the google calendar as well?

@moderator did you cancel all my other topics without at least giving me the chance to copy them over to this thread? Seriously?? Having all the questions in one topic can get very confusing especially if the answers are longer or more complex. Can you please at least copy them over since I can no longer see them?
@webba-agency I do not see any setting to assign a template for updates. Can you please give me the setting name for the updates template? Thank you
