Right now, the only way is changing the wp-login.php and I don’t want to modify the core, so I’ll make a patch and to open a ticket in the trac.

I’ll post it here too, maybe is useful for someone else

Hi VIJOHN, I appreciate very much your interest for the plugin, it makes me realise how useful it is. I have been working hard in a proyect for the last months and I didn’t have time to come into this.

I want to fix the plugin and to improve it with some new features. I really hope to have time in a couple weeks to release a new version working in the last version of WP.

In a few days I’ll upload to the repository the new version fixing this problem, meanwhile, you can do the follow change and the plugin will work:

/plugins/spdm-shortcode-slider-multisite/wp_query_multisite.php –> line 20:

$site_IDs = $wpdb->get_col( $wpdb->prepare("select blog_id from $wpdb->blogs") );

Replace that line for the following:

$blogstable = $wpdb->prefix.'blogs';
$site_IDs = $wpdb->get_col( "select blog_id from $blogstable");
