One is broken address, the other one is unbroken.
Both page addresses were originally broken in IE.
Both page addresses arn’t broken in Chrome.
I add the following code into .htaccess file and then I changed permerlink of a post.

After update the post, it had been normal address output. Whether there is a relationship between this and that?
