If you have experience with jQuery you could simply hide the button and then display it when the users checks a checkbox. This would be quite simple to achieve as a work around. However, users with javascript disabled would just be able to download the file without accepting the license.

Thanks for the feedback. Delightful Downloads does not allow you to do this at present. I may add the option in a future update, but at present there are other features which have a higher priority.

Thanks for the feedback. This is definitely something I’d like to include within the plugin, however I’m currently working on the update to allow users to specify existing files on the server, which I hope to push to the repository soon. I doubt I’ll have time to add this functionality in the next update but, it will get done sometime soon.

Issue resolved. The problem is actually caused by a bug in the EG-Series plugin, specifically the EG-Series List widget.
