Question: can I use old podpress versions (1.*) after I perform import (using 2 beta)? What is minumum required version wich is compatible with current DB format?

And where I can send bug reports and patches?

Now I think that we need at least Importer, so it will be possible for other users to export podcast from their system to text file (documented format wich will be used by importer). Or may be you can describe/document database format wich use your plugin, so we can export data to sql and then use it.

You can’t protect your file, because user can always get it from browser cache directory or find its address in firewall logs.

I think its a problem with THEME or HTACCESS, try to remove them temporarily to see if it works, plus clear your browser cookies and cache.
