I tried their solution and it worked for me, make sure you got the latest update. I changed it in three places, the plugin , my theme and another plugin called store customizer.

As I have stated before, the new feature file based caching is causing the top admin bar to show at the bottom, i dont want to remove this new feature as it helps but with the admin bar not showing correctly, could you ask the developers to take a look.

Also im finding when this feature is enabled my admin top bar does not show up properly, it shows at the bottom of the page?
