I’m using latest version of WordPress(6.3), I’m try to downgrading WordPress in to 6.2.2, now it’s working, can you please update plugin to work with WordPress 6.3.

We are very sad that you are treating a premium customer like this.
Now again putting this to the public that users & WordPress moderators can make their own review.
Many times, we were told this is not a server issue, and each time the answer from the support was, this is related to the server and we can’t help.
As we communicated you and the premium support, we hired many senior developers and this was the last answer from a senior consultant:

We mentioned premium support many times, that this is not related to the server. As we already checked this with business hosting solutions and Elementor VIP support.
Now we did the fix that our senior consultant told us to do, and this is working now.

Although we are premium customers, now we can’t update the Master Addon from you.
We don’t want your personal reward. This is what our customer is asking now.
He needs a web site that will work and they need to update security fixes.

The meeting was arranged on 7th of November 2022, If you want, I can share the meeting recording with you.
In that case your team member says that there is an issue in your Master addon plugin and asks us to wait around 3 hours. On 8th of November 2022, he said that your team fixed that issue and asked us to verify.
We have checked that with our customer and it is not fixed yet. So we have replied 8th of November 2022 by email. On top of that we have sent a reminder email on 10th November 2022 as well. Because of that we have arranged a meeting today by using the platform that you provided. But you didn’t attend the meeting. This is how things are happening practically.There are no 3rd party plugins, as we disabled them before opening the support case. We also said that we have checked with many hosting providers and this is not a server issue.
