I have made some changes to the message tag and the issue is resolved. Thanks for your help.

I believe I have everything setup correctly.

I receive a Thank You message on the site.

Application Form Thank You
Thank you for your interest in Cardinal Heating & Air. We have received your request and will be in touch shortly to set up a convenient time. We look forward to serving you.

and a Thank You email:

Thank you for contacting Cardinal Heating & Air. We appreciate your interest in our company!

We are reviewing your request for information and will get back to you very soon.

We look forward to connecting with you!

However the email sent to the business is the following:

Hi Takayuki,

I am getting a response message after the submit is fired. However in the email that is sent after the form is submitted this is what is seen. The “Letter” field should show “Test Message 2”.

**NOTE: I have redacted my email address from this post. However it does populate correctly.
