Here it comes back again after just few minutes, Indonesian language instead of English

This language I meant, it was in Indonesian before.

I was not using any VPN etc., I am from Pakistan with my local ISP settings.

CAPTCHA language is in Indonesian ??

Shows English only for blog logged in users, otherwise its in Indonesian.

update: When I went to take screenshot, at the moment the CAPTCHA language it is in English, but before it was in Indonesian whole the time since installation of plugin.

I fixed the issue myself.

I edited plugin/hypercomments.php from cpanel.

on first few lines, i replaced wp-content with bl.

bl is name given by security plugins to default directory of wordpress.

I didn’t know that some themes require new menu editing and require Featured image.

I think I clicked the Support link from the theme page :S

by the way, issue seems not with this theme only. I just tried similar thumbnail type themes, they also have same problem, not showing images on front page properly.

Tried:
Deactivating all plugins,

removed cache plugin

Removed theme, reinstalled by uploading files (used ftp)

Given .htaccess and other file permissions to all things.

Still Emphaino theme is not working properly. Just this theme. Others are fine.

No error, I dont see menu bar and posts thumbnails on homepage. As shown in the screenshots https://www.ads-software.com/themes/emphaino/

Other themes are working fine.

and If we delete this plugin, what will happen to the comments? Will we able to import them to our wordpress?
