In reply to: CSS – my own theme, colums not side by side :)For various reasons related to our WordPress trademark, we ask if you’re going to start a site about WordPress or related to it that you not use “WordPress”
esmi – I’m not using this as my domain name. We purchased it simply for our test server in order to test themes before moving them to their own domains. It is not being marketed, published etc etc etc, and it certainly is not a website “…about WordPress or related to it…”.

In reply to: Can't click 'EDIT' on a post I made in this forumNope, not for me.
I just posted a new thread and tried to edit it twice before (and once was immediately) the 15 minute mark. When I click edit it takes me to the link I noted above.
If I try to post to my own thread it tells me the thread has been closed.
** coming back to say though I could edit this very post immediately.

In reply to: Bullets won't show in custom theme – tried several things…As in… where….
I took this line
.text-box ul li {padding:1px 0px 9px 20px; list-style:circle; font-weight:normal;}
and changed it to
.text-box ul li {padding:1px 0px 9px 20px; list-type:circle; font-weight:normal;}
it did nothing.

In reply to: Bullets won't show in custom theme – tried several things…I was going to immediately after I created this post, but using the EDIT link under my avatar just rolled me over to the support page, and trying to ‘reply’ to it told me this thread had been closed.

Right now I’m forcing a bullet by using html inside the text of the li(s).
Here is all the CSS I found for the DIV (it was farther down the page). I tried changing the .text-box ul li list style to ‘circle’ and it didn’t work. Then I tried deleting the repetitive line
.text-box ul li { list-style-image:none; list-style:none;}
and still didn’t work./*** OL UL style***/
