In reply to: [Stripe Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Site goes down upon activationI was able to solve this issue by updating the memory amount to 96MB. After that the site works great.
Thanks for the help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] [Woocommerce Plugin] After activating 2.6.4, site goes downThat fixed it. I just set the memory to 96MB and the site is back up. Thank you for your help. I have some templates I need to update and apparently, I need to update php and wordpress, so I have other issues now.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] [Woocommerce Plugin] After activating 2.6.4, site goes downSorry about not following those steps, I was thinking a debug mode wouldn’t show me anything since I can’t even access the site. After enabling debug mode, here is what I get:
Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /var/www/vhosts/2/109628/webspace/httpdocs/leisurelandrvcenter.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit-master/index.php on line 204 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/2/109628/webspace/httpdocs/leisurelandrvcenter.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php on line 1796
I can change the memory size in the config file, but I’m not totally sure what I need to change it to based on this error. It seems like the limit of 41GB ran out? Thanks for the recommendation.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I switched to the default theme and only turned on the woocommerce plugin and I got the same result.

In reply to: [Stripe Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Site goes down upon activationI’m not sure what that means. Could you point me to a guide of some sort that explains that? Or maybe a few steps on what I need to do for this?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Stripe Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] Site goes down upon activationThis may be too late, but I am having this issue as well. I have a theme that requires woocommerce to be installed, but after activating, my site gets a 500 error. If I delete the plugin’s folder the site goes back to normal. If I install the plugin, everything seems fine. It’s only after I activate the plugin does the site go down and I can’t even access the WordPress admin page. I could really use some help figuring this one out.
I got this fixed. Apparently, there was a separate folder created in the wrong root and when uploading my child folder and style.css file, I was uploading it to the wrong part of my hosting.
Once I called tech support for the hosting, I was able to move the files to where they needed to be and was able to access them. Instead of
https://northwestintegrated.com/wp-content/themes/optimizer_pro-child/style.css
It should have been /public_html/wp-content, but the URL looks the same.
Thanks for the help in figuring that out.
Thanks for clarifying that. I typed that wrong in the original post. It should be “optimizer_pro” and “optimizer_pro-child”.
That being said, I’m not sure why you can’t find the child’s .css file.
I get the same result, but here is a screenshot of the hosting.

In reply to: [Event Registration] Paypal ErrorFigured it out. The paypal email must be put into the field labeled “Online Payment ID” This is very confusing.
I hope this helps others in the future.
