In reply to: [The Events Calendar] linking into the month reload jqueryHi @abzlevelup no need to apologise, any help is appreciated!!
I’ll look into adding the extra layer.
I do think we have two separate things happening here though, as even when we’re not using the foobox popup, if I change month, the ticket shortcode from events calendar isn’t working – the – and + buttons don’t work, which means the add button stays disabled.
If you have any thoughts on how I could get that to work, that’d be great.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] linking into the month reload jqueryJust to add further to this…
At the top of the month calendar, I’ve coded in a button to open the 2nd of November event → Click here to test the 2nd november event.
If you visit the page and click on it, the buttons for the quantity work. But if you change month and then click on the link, the popup shows, but the buttons from the tribe_tickets shortcode don’t work.
Something is blocking the jquery from firing after you change the month.
Hope that helps and thank you once again.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] linking into the month reload jqueryHi Abz.
If I can explain the issue in a bit more detail before I start turning stuff off as it’s quite a complex site and don’t want to make it worse and break other functionality.
If you visit the following link https://wild22.aaronbennettdesigns.co.uk/camps/ you’ll see (on desktop) the camp on the 2nd of November – if you click on this, it opens a foobox popup with details about the event and the inline shortcode [tribe_tickets post_id=”‘ . $mypost_id . ‘”] to display the ticket quantity and GET TICKETS button.
This works perfectly – the concept is that customers can purchase tickets without having to go to each event.
Now, if you scroll up and click on the arrow to go to November, the calendar updates to the November month. If you then click on the same event, the popup doesn’t work, even though I can see the foobox code in the inspector.
We have tried to use the following code to load the FOOBOX.init once the month has changed…
$(document).on(‘afterRequest.tribeEvents’, function(e){
FOOBOX.init();But that doesn’t seem to work.
To make matters even more odd, if you view the month calendar on mobile where we don’t use foobox, but show a list of the events with the same tickets shortcode, that doesn’t work when you change month either – the – and + buttons don’t work.
I totally understand that this is outside of the scope of support, but am desperate to get this working as it’s a really efficient way of allowing customers to purchase multiple tickets without having to go back and forth between pages.
FYI, we aren’t using any caching or optimisation at the moment.
Really hope you can help point us in the right direction! Thank you so muhc in advance.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Close submenu on clickAmazing, thanks Tom, that’s great to hear this is possible.
Hi @mrclayton
So I’ve switched the old plugin off and your plugin to live (on a staging site that was cloned over) and unfortunately the cards associated to my account aren’t showing.
If I then enable the other plugin at the same time, the cards do show in the payment methods page on my account (front end).
I can see my live and test ID’s in my account from the backend, so am not too worried about subscriptions continuing – but we have a lot of customers who’s cards expire so my main worry is that they wouldn’t be able to manage their cards from the account page.
Just to clarify – should I be able to see my cards on the front end account when I switch?
Thanks again for all your help
Thanks @mrclayton
I’ll run some tests – it’s on a staging site, so will triple check there, just wanted to make sure that the hundreds of subscribers can manage their cards from their account, and relieved to hear it should work that way.
I’ll report back with my findings.
Thanks again
Ah, it’s possible it’s because I had the plugin set up in test mode.
I’ll check again in live mode and see if I can see the previously added card.
Thank you, really hope it works ??

In reply to: [Gallery PhotoBlocks] Image thumbnails not updatingHi Beatrice.
I’ve created another page and put the gallery in…
https://thewildoutdoors.org/private-gallery/
If you click on the top right image, the image that popups up is the image it’s supposed to be, but the thumbnail isn’t right.
Thanks

In reply to: [Gallery PhotoBlocks] Image thumbnails not updatingSorry, I went and rebilt the gallery from scratch as the client was complaining – I’ll set up another page and embed the gallery in there to show you.
There also seems to be some clashing in the backend of the gallery (when building it) that’s causing issues, will detail them in a screenshot and share when I get a mooment.
Ity’s a fantastic plugin, just a few things not working as they should.
Will send a link soon.
Thanks

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] remove target=”_blank”Perfect, thank you, don’t know how it was set to new window, but works perfectly now!!
Hi.
This can be resolved from your end, but for general knowledge anyone seeing the same issue, there’s a conflict with Mailpoet and Responsive Menu Pro who are working on a fix.
Thanks
Ah sorry, yes the media library loads when creating a post, the only place it doesn’t is when trying to insert an image via mailpoet.
I’ve checked the error log and nothing relates to mailpoet – there were a few old errors that were from development, but totally unrelated to mailpoet.
I also just tried Query Monitor and nothing to report.
I’ll have to ask my client to become a paid customer – they will need to anyway, but wanted to show them the ease in creating a newsletter before asking them to purchase, so in a catch 22.
Thanks
