It appears like this “https://royaldentalcare.pk”

I have a question, should I edit it with www?
OR
I can place this link “https://royaldentalcare.pk/sitemap_index.xml” directly as it is in Google search console Sitemaps?

In Google search console it appears as:
Add a new sitemap
https://royaldentalcare.pk/ ENTER SITEMAP URL

And I have just submitted this link in Google search console Sitemaps.
It gives error: Couldn’t fetch (Sitemap could not be read)

How to resolve this?
