ok I put that on, I also made sure litespeed wouldn’t cache the /video/ pages, and I just made a rule in cloudflare to not cache those pages as well. what do i do when someone is having a persistent caching issue?

oh you meant stop browser caching. is that ok, will that affect anything?

which page? because there are still pages id like caches like the for example front page.

the reproduction is signing and joining the website. their browsers and even router have still held the cached image of the frontend. is what i see happening, because once I talk them through fully clearing their cache, using a different browser, using incognito mode, or resetting their router they stop email me about the issue so im only left to assume the issue has been fixed lol.

how can i do that on my customers end? I’m not experiencing it, they are emailing me at support to help them see the content.

Ok what do i do if I already have that setup and still having issues with caching? The posts after video are dynamic, there is code that checks if the user is logged in and if the user is an active member. We are experiencing a high volume of people being unable to view the video posts recently.

yes the setup i want is more of /video/* everything after it.

I have tried switching themes, deactivating all plugins accept woocommerce and a bridge plugin that if deactivated would remove all images because they are all linked to the main site.

When trying to get the logs, it shows testlog and it has nothing there and i am unable to switch it. could you tell me how to fix that? I can get system remove for you though i believe.

Have you ever encountered this kind of thing before? where the images seem to be replaced on the back end of a product post?

The loop got fixed by dealing with the cron job working right and clearing the cache for litespeed

I just found something from another comment from this support area.

So I have a dynamic header menu for guest and users ( login | register and logout ), the recommendation was “1) you can try to use “cache login user” , that will make 2 caches , 1 for guest user, 1 for login user” is that still true today and would you recommend it?

Also is there a way to put some kind of code around my if statement so that it isn’t cached? I have it on the functions.php page and using a shortcode to display it, would I be able to do something to make it so that chunk of code is not cached?

the amember pro people recommend to disable cache for protected content completly.

Is there a way for me to do that without disabling the litespeed, which is why i thought about just excluding all the posts.

but they do login through the amember member area and they have an active and expired user roles.

im not sure at the moment if it on or not. but i will check tomorrow.
are there any other ideas I could try?
