Thanks for your assistance, when writing I was inundated with orders and customer queries so I had little time to investigate this morning

Checkout Manager for Woocommerce by quadlayer is the problem since upgrade to 4.5.0 / 4.5.1

This is now resolved while it’s deactivated, I will let them know

Thanks for the prompt reply, I believe its just the core shipping although shipstation is installed (not that I particularly use the service)

Running litespeed cache plugin (all cleared)

And checkout customizer (Checkout Manager for Woocommerce)

My shipping zones are UK only. One local city zone and all UK zone. Each zone uses method ‘no shipping class” for products (lazy I know)

Hi Simon,

Well I slightly gave up after a few days because your plugin debugger didn’t report Facebook couldn’t access the images, I’m guessing that’s a downfall with fb not reporting that back. It even looked like the images on fb shop were meant to be there but slow loading including how ever many images were in the gallery. However on some different sections of fb it was obvious it was only only 1 x placeholder image. FB’s product data appeared fine aswell with image url stored

It’s was server settings running Cpanel, the difference between the hosting providers is the new one has a lot more features available rather than bulk standard and defualt settings are optimised with WP in mind. I don’t recall seeing a hotlinking setting “allow direct access via url” on my old provider either?

So I actually came accross it by mistake because it was odd image previews weren’t displaying when posting posting a link on FB. FB’s sharing debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
reported images weren’t available so the penny dropped that it must of been an access issue

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly, I hadn’t realised your repsonse has gone to my spam on emails.

You’ll be pleased to know it wasn’t due to the version upgrade, I couldn’t find any issues with debug logging either so it was a mystery until I was setting up SEO of Social meta and debugged via Facebook that I found Facebook wasn’t able to access images.

Turns out at the same time of upgrading versions I actually moved hosting providers, the hotlinking settings needed “allow direct access to images enabling” then worked perfectly ??

I appreciate your quick reply, yeah that’s the look I’m going for, I just cannot find any settings or options related to it, maybe the theme isn’t installed properly or I’m looking in the wrong place?
