Can we please get an update on this, we are having the same problem.
I managed to solve it once by deleting .htaccess, logging in to the panel, and re-enabling permalinks but it looks like the issue came back again (not sure why).
My guess is .htaccess is corrupt somehow. Can someone from WordPress please advise
