Thanks for reporting this issue. The plugin wasn’t originally developed for handling multi-lingual content, but I will look into providing support for this.

Currently, the only way to upload a bulk list of variables is to edit the storage file in the wp-content/custom-global-variables/ directory.

But we’ll look into including a feature for importing/exporting in the next version.
