We have reviewed your recording & it seems you are missing some permissions in OAuth flow that are mandatory. Please grant all permissions & then try to setup Site Kit.

Site Kit only inserts the AdSense code on your site. You would be better served asking the question to the product experts. They’d have better insights on ad performance than we can provider in plugin support.

By inspecting your Site Health information, I can see Salt Shaker plugin is configured which may change Site Kit
salt_keys
on daily basis. That’s why you are asked to reconnect again.In order to avoid from recurring change, you can define a
GOOGLESITEKIT_ENCRYPTION_SALT
constant, in by adding it to your wp-config file that may allow you to remain connected in the meantime. Let me know if you need assistance on this. An example would be below:define('GOOGLESITEKIT_ENCRYPTION_SALT', 'customkeyshere'); define('GOOGLESITEKIT_ENCRYPTION_KEY', 'customkeyshere');
As this required editing your wp-config file please proceed with caution, or ask a technical contact to do so. If you’re unsure I’ll check with the team for any custom plugin that performs the same if preferred.

Maybe, my own access is filtered?
Did you disable tracking for logged-in users? If yes then please enable & then make a try again. Hopefully you’ll see data after sometime.

No need to worry, you just need to do following simple steps:
1. To trackfile_download
, you must be activated “Enhanced Measurement” feature, which can be accessed from the GA4 interface(GA4 Admin → Data Streams → Web → Enhanced Measurement ). Please see screenshot here.2. After enabling the Enhanced Measurement option, please go the page where file placed & download the file. This is just for testing so you can see the stats. Make sure you are checking this in incognito window where you are not logged-in.
3. Go to GA4 Real-time → Event count by Event name section. You’ll see
file_download
event there along with stats. See screenshot.Best Regards,

1. Does the same occur at another site on the same hosting platform? You could setup any site from your Control Panel to test.
2. Have you been able to setup Site Kit previously? If yes then we can ask the team to check the previous records at Site Kit service level.Thanks & Regards,

Thanks for contacting Site Kit support team.
By visiting your website I can see you have configured both UA & GA4 properties. For event tracking like PDF downloads there is a
file_download
event automatically captured when a site has implemented GA4.Currently Site Kit doesn’t display GA4 statistics or events within it’s dashboard although you can check this directly on your Google Analytics account. The Analytics Help Center should be able to assist if you’re unsure where to keep track of events.

I also followed your instruction by resetting Site Kit. And should I try setting up again after resetting? Please advise.
