Please check if you are using right list id.

To get the MailPoet list ID you wish to add your subscribers to, go to your WordPress dashboard > MailPoet > Lists page. Here you will see the lists you’ve created within MailPoet. You may click the edit button and in the URL of the edit screen you will see the list’s ID:

If the problem still persists, let us know.

CF7 Field named your-last-name or your-lastname or lastname will be added as last name in Mailpoet 3. Use one of these three options.

We have tested it with,
Contact Form 7 – Version: 5.4
MailPoet 3 (New) – Version: 3.60.7
and it’s working fine. Are your plugins are updated?

We do not get any problem while using your form. Is your mailpoet plugin working properly?

It seems to us that Gravity Forms do not want to support the continued development of the Gravity Forms addon, and since this is a free plugin/addon, we will no longer maintain the plugin.

We have asked Gravity Forms if they want to continue the maintenance of the plugin.

If anyone else want to continue the development of this plugin/addon, you are most welcome.
