What you described, you made it seem as if they were the same. I want a header image that you can upload and applying it on front page and if possible go on several other pages on the same blog. I need a header, nothing complicated. Same as any header that you can change by adding a picture and maybe more than one image and we randomize or rotated. Details, please?

No, no, no guys. Not necessarily a plugin. I am afraid I didn’t explain properly. No need for a plugin or a new version of the Twenty Twenty theme. I applied a header to my theme on my blog. It was rectangular and thin and it was close to the top of the page.

I don’t want a plugin. I just need to use a picture to be my header. The one I did was awesome. Don’t remember how. Please, no footers or powered by wordpress. I just want to use a picture to be my header. WP tech support created this theme so they must be able to do this. I don’t know if you call it a header but it’s 99.9% like it. Please assist. Tech support agents, help.

The other day I was successful in applying a thin header to my WordPress TwentyTwenty theme but when I tried to apply to another blog the same header feature and get what I thought was a header done and applied, it fails. It applied different backgrounds, pictures all over the place. It was all over the place. Right now I uninstalled those two wp installations so I, despite all the hours I still can’t apply the header, if you want to call it that. I really want the header no matter how small or thin it may be. I am appealing to all you to instruct me how to do this as I have in the past. Walk me through step by step. Every step, what you did. Help me, step by step.

Could you be more specific? I just got a tonne of results when I clicked on your link. Thank vertical header themes. I did a search but it was even more vague than your link.

First of all, i have seen the default theme for Twenty Sixteen and it’s a joke to me. Even 2015, which is a boring theme, is better than 2016. I was looking forward to a combo of 2014 and 2015 but this isn’t happening, not so far.

I hope WordPress will change course and add better font like the one we saw in 2014’s theme and a menu bar to the top and the left side but with a great and unique spot for a header.

Please WordPress, what’s with the white themes? Can’t you find a new colour. Maybe a gold and black or a red and silver. Jesus Christ man, This is unfair! Plus it’s not like I can test it out to at least gain an ounce of respect for it completely or here and there.

    Release a beta version please!!

I don’t limit myself but nothing caps off my year should be a wp theme that looks great. Plus 2014 is the easiest theme from wordpress since 2011 to tweak. I’ve used it longer and more than any other wp theme ever. Time to make something awesome again. I hope it’s just a slump.

While I think that Twenty Fifteen looks promising, it is light years behind what it should be and I understand it’s still being worked on but it need excerpts as many great themes nowadays employ those features and not just pictures in the same rows as texts but videos as well.

Twenty Fifteen needs to have more colours. The white thing is too plain as is. If it’s going to have a white background predominantly it needs some flavour to it.

Plus the menu bar should be interactive with the ability to show images and a mega menu when the cursor hovers over it and if that is not in by default it should be in the theme’s options. All cards should be on the table or at least in the theme’s options.

Those are my suggestions. Keep the screenshots coming. I am glad that things developed on this theme so quickly.

The themes for each next year are usually published in November or December the year before, at least, for a while now. I was hoping to get Twenty Fifteen theme in November. Is that possible? I really want that theme to be special and not crappy. I believe in wordpress and most of themes I have seen recently are been poor and the same old, same old. Could you try to get the 2015 theme to us this year, hopefully November. i know people who are looking to it to save their blogs. Don’t let us down.

Okay, now that WordPress 4.0 has been released when will we see the default Twenty Fifteen theme? I hope it has excerpts options and I hope the looks great. Twenty Fourteen is a theme that i have used on most of the www.ads-software.com blogs i have created and although 98% of them ended up being deleted i still have much respect for this theme. It’s just that I didn’t have a good vision for those blogs but some of the ones that I still manage and update, I used Twenty Fourteen on them for many months and I don’t usually keep themes on blogs for more than two months.

So as promised we should see Twenty Fifteen soon because you guys at WordPress said that it would be ready when WordPress 4.0 is released which it has today.

One of the new features in 4.0 by the way is easier embedding of videos again. So does the embedding of videos from Vimeo and Dailymotion employ the same method as YouTube videos or do we need a separate embed method for those as well. Because i have had to use plugins to do those and most of the time they didn’t work as WordPress changed the way videos were embedded a while back. I could just go to add media and enter the URL of the video and the video frame would appear. but after that I had to copy the embed code into the insert media section and that would embed YouTube videos.

For Vimeo and Dailymotion I needed to enter a particular line of code and then enter the specific ID code in a section of the address of the video as stipulated in the instructions by WordPress.com and merge that with the standard code and do the same each time for each video. Has that changed?

Okay so as soon as WordPress 4.0 is complete Twenty Fifteen should be out? Cool! I hope it’s not lame like Twenty Twelve which was just a white page or Twenty Thirteen which was awful. Twenty Fourteen is the best WordPress theme ever made and I hope Twenty Fifteen does better and takes it up a notch but without ugly colours or a silly interface. Don’t be another Microsoft and screw up Twenty Fifteen after Twenty Fourteen like Microsoft did with Windows 8 after Windows 7! That would tick me and a lot of other WordPress users off. Hopefully we can get Twenty Fifteen by mid-September, is that possible WordPress?

I need to know specifically if this process works with Adobe Muse as that’s what I want to make my themes with using these blank themes. Reason being: someone told me that Adobe Muse doesn’t work with wordpress. Is this true or false?

I love Muse because it is mostly drag and drop although I will be learning code next month at a web design class but wysiwyg is my thing and Adobe Muse is wysiwyg and drag and drop. The person told me that they don’t work together but Muse is a text editor and if i can create accordion sliders and all this cool stuff for regular websites.

I need to know if it can modify blank or existing wordpress themes so I can put them together and use on my wordpress blogs or even Joomla or Drupal sites. Please respond soon and if you can give a site where I can do this with Muse please provide the URL here as well. Many thanks. ??

Duh, I googled it and found the picture of the theme but the one you just linked me to isn’t the one I want. I’ll google the theme again and link you to the screenshot. But I have Googled so much that my fingers have started to hurt, lol. blogohboy is the creator but that site is down, maybe for good. But if it was online before it should be around floating around the web somewhere. After all, nothing that has ever been placed online is gone. The internet stores things forever. You can escape your digital past. Someone must have this theme somewhere.

Someone already recommended vipers. Tried it, didn’t work. I have the same issues with Dailymotion on wordpress.com and www.ads-software.com I don’t think there is much of a difference as wp.com and wp.org are essentially the same. Only difference is one is self hosted and the other is not.

I have done what you say I should do for YouTube which is copy the embed code and insert it in the add media section of the WordPress add new post section. It works for YouTube but I don’t care much for Vimeo as i no longer use that service or wish to. I get most of my content from YouTube. As for Dailymotion which matters a great deal to me as i upload most of my non YouTube content there, I can’t see a square boxed frame with which to adjust the parameters. i only see code so i can’t resize the video frame so i can adjust it to match the space allocated for any particular theme. It just adds the video and i can’t adjust the size of the video box or video window. I insert a code based on advice from Dailymotion as to what to do provided on a WordPress.com support page which works but all i have is the code but no ability pre-publishing the post to adjust the size the video takes up on the page. That’s my main issue. I have tested it on all three of my blogs and disabled plugins and it still doesn’t work for me. Don’t know what you could suggest. I even created test blogs on my account and it doesn’t work either. What I want to see is a physical frame so i can manipulate instead of code. You can’t resize code which is just text, unless i have some kind of idea by means of seeing what to do to make the video on the page smaller or bigger. Is there a way to do that?

I don’t know what I want Twenty Fifteen’s default theme to look like but I hope it’s nothing like the default Twenty Thirteen theme which is ugly and deplorable. Just make sure 2015’s theme looks and function great with ability have excerpts and featured images and a great layout and interface. Just make it awesome!
