  • Dude, I was with the same problem. I fixed it doing this steps:

    1. Deleted the image gallery.
    2. Added all images at media upload
    3. Choose the page I want to add (or any page just to copy the code at step 6):
    4. Clicked at “Add media” button > “Create gallery”…
    5. Choose the images I wanted; and clicked “Insert into page”
    6. Now I see the code I want and It works. Example:[gallery gss="1" ids="296,295,294" orderby="rand" options="paused=false&pause-on-hover=true" name="partners" style="width:70pt;height:70pt"]
