A notification will get sent to the email indicated in WP Admin > Settings > General tab > Email Address. If you are not getting emails, there may be an issue withe the email, the server, or there is some sort of spam filter in place.
As far as the location, if you use the single theme templates, the single location page will just list the address. The Pro version has A LOT more features, among which is a slide down map view in the event list.

Please get in touch with me via the Events Planner Support and I will help you out. I will need temp admin access to see what is going on. I am assuming that this is in the Pro version, right? One thing to check is … make sure that when the registration is updated, the Regis. Status dropdown says “Complete”. Also, not sure if you did this from the Events Planner > Registrations > Payment icon but there is a bug there that I will fix in the upcoming version. For now, please edit the registration and record your payment from inside the registration.

I have seen a few demo requests but am not sure which one is yours. Have you gotten a response from me today? FYI, I tested a request with my yahoo email and did not get an email. I tested with a gmail address and got an email. Very puzzling. I have started the move to using Amazon SES for sending emails from the website. It should be verified tomorrow.
In the meantime, as far as your specific requirements …
1. Is Events able for Multi-people, for each person independently be able to add events, update…?
? For now, if they are admins, then yes.2. Can it be booked with minimum 2 spaces to be able to start and maximum 6 spaces, example if only 6 spaces available to book for a particular time and day?
? With the Pro Advanced, yes.3. Does it have user login for each person to update things?
? Yes, but they have to be admin users.4. Calendar – Can I choose when I am available and holidays will show automatically for no services?
? Not available now.5. If someone buys something for a length of time, example 6 weeks of services, Do they get an automated email to remind them to register again if they want to continue with the services?
? Not automated but you can send a manual email to all the users registered for the event.6. Can people add coupons or discounts?

I moved to a new server last week and have been having some hiccups with email. Some users are not getting my emails at all (especially yahoo and aol). Furthermore, there was a DNS propagation issue and there were issues with me getting emails also. I am not sure what is going on but you may be in the bunch of users that are/were affected.
To answer you questions.
1. Can you send me the Demo login to test it?
? Here is a link to the Events Planner Demo form. Please fill it out and I will set you up with a demo.
2. Main question is ‘Can other people post, update, control their own postings?’
? Sorry but no, this feature is not available. It is on my todo list for the pro so maybe sometime next year. When I do build this, they will have to use the WordPress admin interface to manage their events. What you are seeing in the screenshot is the lite version. The pro looks different. You will see it once I set you up with a demo.
3. Are you going to answers my other questions sent last week?
? Please resend them if you don’t mind and I will get to them tomorrow.
4. What do you mean with Please note that EP will not work on WP Engine due to their PHP Session restrictions.
? Yes, this is a hosting comment. I have many users on Hostgator without any issues. But even with WP Engine, if you do go with them, all you have to do is submit a support ticket and they will remove the shortcode page from the cache so the plugin will work without issues.Happy Thanksgiving!

If you are not seeing any text fields in the dates section (and times, pricese sections), please trash that event and create a new one. This is one of those very rare, impossible to reproduce issues.

Please email me login details through the support center and I will see what is going on. One more thing to check will be the date format in the Start date field. Is it in an unusual date format, maybe an unknown character in there?
