it does remove the “filter button”
but it is not filtering by clicking on the brand
(it should filter instantly by ticking)

regardless of whats happening at the time of import, my issue now is that after having variable products fully setup they are getting unmatched from their attribute as you see in my previous screenshot

with my experience in woo-commerce uploading variable products, i had to edit manually all variations, for example a product with red and blue, i had to edit manually which SKU is red and which is blue,
after a while, i see that a lot of variations became unselected from their selected attributes, hope this is clear
