Please make sure you have configured your Woocommerce correctly and also we want to recommend you to deactivate the third party plugins which you have used in this theme.

You can not change this feature of theme because to show subcategories while clicking on a menu item is the default feature of the theme.

Please follow the instruction kindly to manage logo of your site in your mobile.
Go to your Dashboard ->Appearance ->Customize, Select Additional CSS and add the following code then save it.

This product section is predefined while developing the theme, so removing the space on the right side of the product is not available.

It seems you have not set up your homepage completely so this issue arising.
Please follow this instruction kindly to set up your homepage.
Goto Dashboard -> page-> add new -> give your page name and select page template as homepage from the right side of the screen. please check this screenshot for more details.
Now go to Dashboard ->Setting -> reading -> select homepage display as a static page and from the drop-down option select the page you created for the homepage.
please check this screenshot for more details.
Also, In this theme, the homepage section is predefined while developing the theme.
you can have widgets for the Top sidebar,middle sidebar,Bottom sidebar etc. please check this screenshot for more details.You can select the required widget and can use them by adding a required section from the left side of the screen.
we recommend you to follow this documentation to configure your theme properly.

In this theme Accesspress store all the feature like shipping, carting are managed by WordPress business plugin called Woocomerce. So the issue you are asking is not from the theme, We recommed you yo contact with the author of woocommerce once.
