    Hi @himouto,

If you’re downloading products from your WooCommerce website in an XML file, you should be seeing your product data as shown in the sample file available here. Make sure to check the XML file on the link. I’d advise comparing your XML file with the one available as a sample.

Please note the samples shared above are for the WooCommerce core plugin’s built-in importer and exporter fearue.

If you are using a plugin to export the product data in an XML file, the output would be different.

    Hi @bigfishtools,

I understand you’ve changed your Store Address under WooCommerce > Settings > General section but are still seeing the old address on your packaging list.

Could you please confirm if this is about shipping labels created with WooCommerce Shipping? If so, you can make changes to the Origin Address as suggested in this guide.

If this is not what you’re looking for and are using a plugin to print packing lists and invoices, please confirm which plugin you’re using. You can also share screenshots showing the same. You can use a free tool like [Snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io/) to create screenshots and send us image links.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your response.

If you’re using a third-party plugin to create packaging lists and invoices, I’d advise working with its developer to see where the issue is coming from as third-party products are best supported by their respective developers.

    Thank you!

    Hi @pedrorinconb,

I checked your site and I see this popup in the screenshot appears when you click the Add to Cart button.

Please know that this is not the default behaviour we see with the core WooCommerce plugin. This popup form is likely coming from your theme or a plugin.

If you’re unsure where this is coming from, I would advise performing the a conflict test:

    1. Switch to a default theme like Storefront and see if the popup form disappears. If it does, it is coming from your original theme. If not, continue to the next step.
    2. Disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce and try replicating the issue. You shouldn’t be seeing the popup with just the Storefront theme and WooCommerce plugin active.
    3. Switch to the theme your live website uses and test again.?If the problem comes back, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

As soon as you see the popup form again, you will know that the last plugin you activated is the one that’s causing the problem. You can read more about this in our self-service guide.

    Hi @alirezarr99,

I understand orders are marked Pending Payment even when a successful payment is made. This usually happens when a payment gateway plugin fails to communicate back to your website. There can be several reasons why this happens – outdated plugins, theme/plugin conflicts, server issues, etc.

As a first step, please check that all the plugins on your website are updated to their latest versions. Please make sure to keep your WordPress and theme updated as well.

If all looks good, check if you’ve logging enabled in your payment gateway plugin settings. You should be able to find relevant logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Use the dropdown on the Logs page to view the most relevant logs.

You might want to create a new order to test if you’re able o replicate this and to generate fresh log entries.

If that doesn’t help, please let us know which payment gateway plugin you’re using.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your response.

Also, please send us screenshots showing the order notes from the Edit Order page. You can use a free tool like [Snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io/) to create screenshots and send us image URLs.

    Hi @szilard21,

It seems tax rates are randomly appearing and disappearing on your site. This is not the default behaviour that we see with the WooCommerce software or our extensions.

As a first step, I would suggest re-checking your tax setup to make sure everything is configured correctly. I am sharing some resources below that should help:
    1. Tax Settings
    2. WooCommerce Tax Guide (If you’re using automated tax via WooCommerce Shipping & Tax)

If everything looks good and the issue surfaces randomly, it could be a theme or plugin conflict. Please check if the issue persists if you switch to a default theme like Storefront and disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce. More information on conflict testing can be found in this guide.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @glostservice1,

I understand you’ve found a code online to open links in a pop-up window instead of a new page/tab.

Please know that working with custom code snippets should be handled by professional developers as they are best positioned to check your site design and architecture, and make suggestions based on how to implement custom codes on your site.

    Hi @cutu234,

I understand you’re seeing this notification regarding Approved Download Directories on your website.

As a first step, I recommend reading this guide as it covers this feature in more detail: https://woocommerce.com/document/approved-download-directories/

Please confirm if you have already updated the settings as suggested in this section of the guide.

Some more resources on this new feature and managing digital downloadable products can be found below:

    Does that help?

    Hi @zero479,

The link I provided shows that a page with the title “Products” open up even though the slug of the page is “shop”. If you notice, on the breadcrumbs it shows > Shop > Products. And if you click Shop from the breadcrumbs, the same page with the title “Products” opens up. If I go to edit the shop page, I see the title “Shop” instead of “Products” in the editor.

Please know that the slug and page title can be different. So basically the page titled Product is set as your Shop page. You can check the same if you go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Products.

I should also add that it’s the shop page created by Woocommerce. Why can’t I access the page with the title Shop and instead a page with the title Products open up?

Please know that you can’t edit the Shop page as the Shop page is a placeholder for a post type archive for products. It may render differently than other pages in your install. More information on this can be found here.

There is one thing I also noticed. If I change the URL structure in Permalinks from Post Name to Plain and then try to access the shop page from All Pages, the link shows like this /?post_type=product
But if I go to All Pages and hover over the View button of the shop oage, the URL preview at the bottom-left of the browser shows like this /?page_id=6

Please know that each page has a post ID and that’s how it is identified. You can read more about this in the link shared above.

There is no “Products” page or post in All Posts and All Pages.

Please know that products are found under the Products section on your site’s dashboard. Products can be managed from there. Here’s a guide on the same.

If you would like, you can create a custom page to highlight your products. There are extensions like WooCommerce Blocks to achieve this.

The All Posts section includes the blog posts that you add. Similarly, the All Pages section lists the pages you create on your website.

    I trust that helps.

    Hi @borislav123,

I understand you’re concerned about Jetpack causing the sites to slow down and would like to know if it’s needed at all.

Please know that a site’s performance is determined by several factors including your server capabilities, site’s architecture, active plugins, and theme.

Here’s an excellent guide on site speed by the Jetpack team. Please have a look.

Now coming back to your question: “Do I need this?”

Please know that the WooCommerce plugin and many other plugins that you find on WooCommerce.com don’t require you to have Jetpack active on your site. But, having Jetpack on your WooCommerce store can have many benefits.

I don’t want to overwhelm you with too much information at once, so I recommend that you read this guide and decide yourself.

Please know that you can also contact the Jetpack Support team or use the self-service guide to know more about the product or discuss any issues that you face.

    I trust that helps.

    Hi @riyamalhotra,

Thanks for the feedback. Would you mind sharing what exactly you’re looking to accomplish with the WooCommerce plugin? I understand the features you’re looking for may not be available with the core plugin and may require premium extensions since each site is unique just like each business is.

We would love to hear more about the end goal so that we can understand your business needs better and can assist you.

    Hi @mylocksjourney,

It looks like the shop page isn’t loading correctly for non logged-in users. I was able to replicate the issue.

Could you please check and confirm if this is happening due to a plugin or your theme? In most cases, issues such as this are often caused when a plugin or a theme is not compatible with another.

I recommend checking our guide on conflict testing which should help you determine the cause of this problem.

Additionally, if you’re using any customization on the website, for example through custom codes, please temporarily disable the same and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @tubedes,

I understand you’d like to see PayPal fees and the total PayPal fees on the Orders page of your website.

Please know that by default, the website shows the order total for each order listed on the page. If you’d like to customize it, this will require custom codes.

You might be interested in reaching out to one of our vetted developers on our?Customizations page or you can join the?WooCommerce Slack Community?to hire a developer to implement this on your behalf.

If you’d like to add an extra fee to your orders, I suggest you check the following extensions that let you add a payment gateway based fee to your orders:

    * Extra Fees for WooCommerce
    * Payment Gateway Based Fees

    Hi @tendina,

I understand you’re facing compatibility issues with a third-party plugin called SG Optimizer/SiteGround Optimizer.

Please know that third-party plugins and themes are best supported by their own respective developers and we can’t guarantee their compatibility with the WooCommerce plugin.

If you’re facing an issue using a third-party plugin in combination with the WooCommerce plugin or any other plugin sold at WooCommerce.com, I’d advise giving the product developer’s guide a good look first as they are best positioned to support their products.

If you’re facing any problems with the core WooCommerce plugin, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

    Thank you!
