Although, i don’t understand your need of inserting these non-compulsory meta tags, i don’t think that you should need them for the benefit of your blog.

In reply to: Content doesn't show – very strange…The Page seems to have some problem, but the post is working fine on my computer. You should try cleaning your browser’s cookies and cache and then restart your PC and Internet Connection.
According to me, you should perform a clean, manual install of WordPress and then see if the issue still resists.
If you still have this issue then contact your Host. I am sure that they will help you.I Hope This Helps.
