Hi
I have observed that When I press submit button, it does not respond back with “thank you” or any similar message. Thus, user does not know that his entry have been submitted or not and user clicks Submit button multiple times. Duea to this, multiple mails are send.
Can you please fix this!

Conflict was coming from Live visitor counter.

It helped me for few days but now, I am not able to see my chatbot icon anywhere

Also let me remind you, I have recently installed WP-Rocket which might stopping it. Even though I have excluded chatbot script but not sure if it is working since it is not enabling chatbot on website.

I wanted to display WP-chatbot icon only on first page. U mentioned 2 method. 1 method with Page ID is not working for me and conditional rendering is PRO feature. Now how ca I do it?

But does using webchat triggers notification in mobile monkey mobile app?
How can two agents access same mobile app so that either of them can interact since it uses facebook login and that fb page is be linked to only one user at any time?Will webchat would be able to automate respond in the same way as done by fb chatbot?
