I did as you say:
– disable all plugins without “mailchimp”;
– replace plugin from GIT;
– activated default WP theme “twentysixteen”;
– clean cache;
but trouble still there.
may be I can give you archive with site and DB?

i was disable all plugins exclude Mailchimp, but it did not help.

i was enable SCRIPT_DEBUG in /wp-config.php file (define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);), update plugin “MailChimp for WordPress” to 3.1 version and WP to latest version.
appear new notice – “JQMIGRATE: Logging is active” but older errors still there:
