I ended up replacing WP Includes and Admin and now my visuals are fine again, Thank you. ??

I’m still confused. It’s just showing me the article to the update that I already did, but the {new and improved} toolbar is still missing from my update to 3.3 as are my visuals.

Does anyone know what can be causing my Toolbar and Visuals to no longer show?

What finally worked after playing around with restarting, clearing my cache, etc is “disabling Gears” I removed that in my Firefox and everything came back as normal. ??

I just installed that plug in as suggested and it still shows the same problem that I was having earlier. ??

Maybe I just need to revert to the previous version..

Re-installing it did nothing for me.
