No, thank you very much, actually. My issue was the AdGuard as well! Just looked up regarding this matter and seems like others have experienced the same thing due to AdGuard flagging Smash Balloon as spam. Still don’t know how I didn’t suspect this as the reason. Thanks again for your help!

Hi, thanks for your reply – I’ve actually tried to reach out through the support form before writing on this forum, though the support form requires me to put a license key to submit a ticket – which I don’t have one since I’m using the free version. How should I get it processed?

Also appreciate your suggestions for the database check, though I’ve went through my database files via FTP yet I don’t see any file or folder including wp_sbi_

Hi, thanks for the quick patch. I was running an old version when that happened and now updated to the latest version.

I’m having the same issue here. The site even tries to redirect to a malware website so I immediately rolled back a few versions and deactivated. The error is gone now, but I have no clue how to get my review ratings back even if the plugin gets fixed.

It’s the widget with the title [Rating] and [upcoming reviews]. Should be visible on the PC web. These widgets are getting shifted a bit left on mobile screen and I want them to be full width.
