I haven’t had a batch of photos to upload since my successful upload after updating to NextGen 3.11. I have not contacted my hosting service yet. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Thank you for the response. I updated the NextGEN Gallery plugin to 3.11 and uploaded a new image in less than 4 minutes without any stalls, which is acceptable.

Updated to 0.4.4 on four sites and all OK.

Updated plugin to 0.4.3 and now admin page gets error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Rest of site ok.

Regressed back to 0.4.0 and admin page is back.

After three days of no response from plugin author, regressed to 0.4.0 with no loss of data.

2.1.8 works fine. Thanks for the speedy response and resolution!
