To remove the ability to post comments for the whole site, go to Settings > Discussion.

For individual pages go to the top of the page and open Screen Options

You are welcome. I do not think there is any easy way to have different carousels on different pages. There is probably a way to customize your header.php and use post categories.

What would the syntax be if I wanted to display just the title and the image of the post but not the text?

From reading, it seems that now the carousel displays texts from posts but mine is displaying text from the home page.

Can I customize it to not display the text from the home page?

You need to use the Carousel – full-width template for your subpage and then it should work just fine.

The problem still remains. The text from the page is overlapping the carousel images and I do not want the text there.

I would like the carousel to appear on a aub page but not on the front page – is that possible?

I have selected the full-width carousel page as the template for the page but no carousel appears unless I uncheck the “hide carousel on front page” option. However, then the carousel appears on my front page even though I am not using the full-width carousel template.
