The issue occurs when building a tour in the back-end WordPress interface. The user has uploaded 35+ images for their tour, causing the memory crash error.
So I’m not sure if you can try and recreate the issue on your own test website, but the tour works when the shortcode generates it on the website’s front-end (https://irs.preserve.ucalgary.ca/test/).
They just can’t complete the tour because it keeps crashing in their chromium browsers.
