Thank you for your feedback. Are you having trouble changing the logo in backend too and other settings that do not save even if you click on the save button?

If it is then the issue may be occurring due to a large number of fields in the form which your server is not being able to process from one page to another. That is the reason all the necessary fields didn’t get posted through the form from one page to another.

So please ask your hosting provider to increase below parameters in the server’s php.ini file and check if the issue is resolved or not.

post_max_size = double the size of current settings
max_input_vars = 5000

Please let us know if there is any difference in the number of logos being saved after changing these parameters.

Sorry for the late reply. Our plugin is used to display the content in the lite version, if you want to display other field and to add field then please use our pro version. The posted “admin” is shown because it is posted by the admin who has login authorities.
